A great way to commit to 6 sessions of yoga therapy and help you make a start towards your short and longer-term goals. Yoga therapy is the professional application of yoga tools and principles to your current condition/set of symptoms to ease you towards health.
Sessions will include a detailed assessment of your physical, energetic, mental/emotional, social, and spiritual needs and an opportunity to create collaboratively agreed goals. A yoga therapy session is 75 minutes long and follows a person-centred approach to each session.
This package can be used when booking Yoga Therapy sessions but must be used within a 3-month period.
